A self-winding automatic movement, individually regulated for accuracy. It winds from the motion of your wrist, so there is no battery to change.
It is rated to 600 metres (60 ATM) and pressure-tested, so it is suitable for recreational and technical scuba diving, freediving and spearfishing. Have the gaskets checked periodically to keep that rating.

It has a blue dial, framed by a unidirectional rotating bezel, under a sapphire crystal.

Swapped between the factory rubber, the leather strap, and a navy sailcloth strap on my wrist and they all fit the 44.2mm lugs nicely. Though the date window numerals are a little small without my reading glasses.

I keep it on the included rubber strap most days because of the heat, then swap to the leather strap or a heavy shark mesh bracelet for dinners out. The blue dial looks great with all three.

At 44.2mm by 15.6mm thick, this is a serious 600m instrument that balances well on my 7.5-inch wrist. The 120-click unidirectional bezel has crisp clicks with no slop, and the domed sapphire and Super-LumiNova make low-light reading effortless.
Having both the rubber and leather straps included makes it easy to switch from job site wear to weekend dinners on my wrist. Knocking a star only because the outer presentation box was fairly basic, though the watch itself is clearly where the money went.
