These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChronoSeasons website at chronoseasons.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make. The Site and store are operated by Arcada LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("ChronoSeasons", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.

2. Products, pricing & availability

We describe our products as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, colours or specifications are error‑free. All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel any order (including after an order confirmation) — for example, where a product was mispriced or is unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

3. Orders & payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance; a contract forms when we accept and fulfil your order. Payment is processed by our payment providers; you represent that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.

4. Shipping, returns & warranties

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy, and product warranties by the applicable manufacturer's warranty — each incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Fulfilment through partner brands

Some products are fulfilled directly by our verified partner brands. Regardless of who ships an item, your contract of sale is with Arcada LLC, and our policies apply to your purchase.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, images and the ChronoSeasons name and marks — are owned by or licensed to Arcada LLC and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission. Product brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used to describe genuine products we sell.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorised access, or to infringe others' rights.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties not expressly granted here, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including any non‑waivable consumer protections). Nothing in these Terms limits the manufacturer's warranty that comes with your watch.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcada LLC and its officers, members and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arcada LLC from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in New Mexico will have jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law entitles you to bring proceedings elsewhere.
