It runs on a Swiss quartz, Date, GMT, caliber 515-24H. Quartz keeps it accurate and low-maintenance; the battery simply needs replacing every few years.

Wore it on the black leather band for work, then swapped onto a gunmetal-buckled grey sailcloth strap for the weekend. The 44mm gunmetal lugs frame both straps well. Outer presentation box was fairly basic, though the watch is where the money went.

The gunmetal 44mm case and fighter-jet grey dial look great on the factory black leather strap, and I also tried it on a grey ballistic nylon NATO for humid Honolulu weekends. The leather strap was pretty stiff for the first 3-4 days before breaking in.
