As an old Weekend SCCA driver in Connecticut, I appreciate a watch with a crisp timing bezel and zero glare. The sapphire bezel insert and AR-coated crystal on this 43mm Timecraft make quick time checks effortless, and the NH35A automatic winds smoothly.
Gave this to my dad for his 65th birthday in Oklahoma City. He loves the hefty stainless steel feel and the Seiko automatic movement. He did mention the clasp could use an extra micro-adjustment hole for hot afternoons, but it rarely leaves his wrist.
Took two links out of the solid 316L bracelet for my wrist, and also tested it on a black sailcloth strap. The brushed and polished case lugs frame both setups cleanly, and the horizontal teak dial looks great in the sun.
Took this out to a vintage road rally and used the unidirectional sapphire bezel to track stage intervals. On my wrist the 43mm case feels substantial, and the high-contrast hands over the black teak dial are easy to read at speed.

I was skeptical about ordering an unfamiliar brand online, half expecting stamped links and tinny bezel clicks. Once I held the solid 316L steel bracelet and felt the weight of the 43mm case, my doubts vanished. The sapphire dive bezel and teak dial finishing are top notch.
