perfect 41mm size
Wore this around Manhattan all weekend and caught myself staring at how the 3.5mm domed sapphire bends the Aqua dial at the edges. Fits my wrist comfortably right out of the box.
The watch
The Ocean Crawler Crawler One - Aqua - DLC is a 41mm dive watch with an aqua dial, powered by an automatic movement. It brings 600m water resistance and a sapphire crystal. On the ChronoSeasons dial it sits at Hour IV — Dive, part of the Expedition season — and suits water sports and everyday wear.
The Aqua dial sets the tone, framed by a unidirectional rotating bezel and set into a 41mm case in 316L stainless steel with black DLC coating. At 41mm across, 14mm thick and 48mm lug-to-lug, it wears with real presence on the wrist.
A self-winding automatic movement drives the Crawler One, individually regulated for steady, accurate timekeeping. There is no battery to replace — the watch winds itself from the motion of your wrist.
Every Ocean Crawler is pressure-tested in water, and this one is rated to 600 metres (60 ATM). That is genuine capability for recreational and technical scuba diving, freediving and spearfishing. The unidirectional bezel and bright Super-LumiNova keep elapsed-time tracking clear even in dark water.
It is made for divers and enthusiasts who want a serious tool watch with genuine depth rating, Swiss-grade mechanics and a design that still turns heads above the surface.

Good to know
A self-winding automatic movement, individually regulated for accuracy. It winds from the motion of your wrist, so there is no battery to change.
It is rated to 600 metres (60 ATM) and pressure-tested, so it is suitable for recreational and technical scuba diving, freediving and spearfishing. Have the gaskets checked periodically to keep that rating.
The case measures 41mm (14mm thick, 20mm lug width) — a mid-to-large size that suits average and larger wrists (roughly 16.5 cm / 6.5 in and up). Our watch size guide (/pages/watch-size-guide) explains how to measure your wrist.
It has a aqua dial, framed by a unidirectional rotating bezel, under an anti-reflective sapphire crystal.
It pairs 600 metres (60 ATM) of tested water resistance with a luminous 120-click timing bezel, a serious tool-watch build and Swiss Super-LumiNova, so it performs underwater and still looks refined on land.
The bezel and key dial markers carry Swiss Super-LumiNova, so elapsed-time tracking and reading the time stay clear in dark or murky water.

At 41mm and 14mm thick, the Crawler One slips under my dress shirt cuffs much easier than my larger divers. The black DLC case tones down the Aqua dial just enough for clinic days. The clasp doesn't have half-links so the fit is slightly snug in humid weather.
The black DLC coating on the 316L steel is even and hasn't picked up a single mark after two weeks of daily wear. The 41mm by 14mm dimensions are compact, the 120-click bezel has zero play, and the crown threads engage smoothly.
Swapped from the stock leather-backed canvas onto a black FKM rubber strap with aqua stitching, and it looks custom made for this 41mm DLC case. The outer presentation box was fairly basic, though the watch is where the money went.
Hi Edward, black FKM rubber with aqua stitching sounds like a killer combo for this piece! Glad you're enjoying it.
The waterproof canvas and leather straps included with the Aqua DLC are a great match for the 41mm black case. I also swapped it onto a black tropic rubber strap for hot Virginia weekends. Only note is the buckle clasp could use an extra micro-adjustment hole for hot afternoons.
Hi Blake, a black tropic strap is a classic pairing with the DLC case! Thanks for the note on the buckle sizing.
The contrast between the matte black DLC steel and the bright Aqua dial looks way cooler in real light than on my monitor. Super comfortable on my wrist for work around the marina and weekend dinners.
I have been waiting for Ocean Crawler to do a 41mm case with black DLC, and the proportions on my wrist are spot on. At 14mm thick including the 3.5mm domed sapphire, it wears much trimmer than the 44mm Core Diver. The 120-click bezel ratchets cleanly and the automatic caliber is averaging +4 seconds a day. Lume is decent for a few hours in the dark, though not quite an all-night torch.
Hi Marshall, glad the 41mm Crawler One proportions are hitting the sweet spot on your wrist! Appreciate the honest feedback on the overnight lume.
