Living I pretty much only wear steel bracelets in the summer so they don't get ruined by sweat or boat spray. This 40mm jubilee breathes well on my wrist and the plum dial looks sharp. Has a faint quartz tick in a dead-quiet room.
Measured the case at 40mm across with even brushing on the lugs and a secure fold-over clasp on the jubilee bracelet. The Japanese quartz movement keeps accurate time and the plum dial has high contrast against the silver hands.
Took this up to Geist Reservoir for the weekend. The 40mm stainless case and jubilee bracelet feel sturdy on my 7-inch wrist, and the plum sunburst dial looks deep purple in direct sun. The outer presentation box was fairly basic, though the watch is where the money went.

On my wrist the jubilee bracelet fits without pulling any links, though I also threw it on a grey sailcloth strap for weekend errands. In a dead-quiet bedroom you can hear a faint tick from the quartz movement, which is totally normal.
