With a larger wrist I didn't even need to remove a link on the Jubilee, and I also tried it on a black sailcloth strap with blue stitching which looks killer. The crown threads were tight at first and took a firm push to catch.

NH34A Done Right
I have half a dozen GMTs in my watch box, and this 1662 holds its own nicely. The Seiko NH34A caller GMT movement hacks and winds smoothly, running at +4 sec/day over the first week. The 40mm case proportions and lug-to-lug sit flat on my wrist, and the 24-hour bezel lines up dead center at 12. Great articulation on the solid 316L Jubilee bracelet too.
