Hommage GMT au F/A-18 Hornet de Bristol : une montre GMT à cadran gris dotée d’un boîtier de 44 mm en acier inoxydable 316L et d’un mouvement à quartz suisse. Elle est dotée d’un fragment d’origine de la structure de l’appareil auquel elle rend hommage, serti dans le fond de boîtier, d’un deuxième fuseau horaire pour les voyages et d’une série limitée à 1 978 exemplaires. Elle fait partie de la collection Hour VI, Field & Adventure, de notre saison Expedition : un choix naturel pour les voyages d’aventure et une utilisation quotidienne intensive.
Le modèle BW18B est un hommage au F/A-18 Hornet. Utilisé par l’US Navy et le Corps des Marines, le Hornet a prouvé ses qualités au combat, aussi bien comme avion de chasse que comme plateforme d’attaque. Le boîtier de cette montre est usiné dans de l’acier inoxydable 316L durable et est équipé d’un mouvement à quartz suisse précis et fiable, doté d’une fonction date et GMT. Le cadran Super-LumiNova est protégé par un verre saphir résistant aux rayures. Chaque montre intègre au dos du boîtier un véritable fragment de cellule d’un F/A-18 Hornet. Ce modèle est limité à 1 978 exemplaires, en hommage à l’année de son premier vol.
