Shipping
Every watch ships directly from the brand that makes it, so shipping is set by each brand — not by a single store-wide rate. The exact options and prices for your address are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. If your order contains watches from several brands, each brand ships its own parcel with its own tracking and its own shipping charge.
United States — standard shipping by brand
- Free standard shipping: Ocean Crawler, Paul Rich, Fraser & Co., Hemel, Bristol Aviator, ZINVO (faster paid options are shown at checkout where the brand offers them).
- Bernhardt: standard $7.95, express $14.95.
- Bersigar: DHL Express $25 (ships from Dubai).
- Tissot: standard $10.
International
We deliver to the countries listed in our country selector. International shipping is free or charged per brand and is always shown at checkout; import duties and taxes may be collected by the carrier on delivery. Some brands do not ship to every country — if a brand can't ship to your address, it won't be offered at checkout.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Returns
If a watch isn't right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Once received and inspected, we'll refund the original payment method.
- 30-day returns and a free return label within the US. No restocking fee, except change-of-mind returns of Bersigar (10%) and Hemel (up to 5%), as set by those brands.
- Watch must be unworn, with tags, papers and packaging intact.
