It is rated to 600 metres (60 ATM) and pressure-tested, so it is suitable for recreational and technical scuba diving, freediving and spearfishing. Have the gaskets checked periodically to keep that rating.

Bought the Black DLC Decompression Timer for my brother's 40th birthday before his dive trip to Cozumel. He loves vintage-style decompression dials and was blown away by the 600m rating and the two included straps.
This was my first purchase outside the big Swiss brands and I had some doubts before opening the package. Between the smooth Sellita SW200-1 sweep, the heavy shark-mesh bracelet, and the crisp printing on the decompression dial, I am completely sold.
I wear a lot of black and charcoal studio attire, and the Black DLC case with the colorful decompression rings fits my style well. Works nicely on my wrist. Lume is decent for a few hours, though not an all-night torch.
I wasn't sure what to expect from a $999 DLC watch ordered online, as cheap black coatings scratch easily. After a month of wear, the DLC case and 4mm sapphire look brand new. The extra strap was pretty stiff for the first 3-4 days before breaking in.

Measured the DLC case at 44mm by 15.6mm. The black coating is uniform, the helium valve sits flush, and the 120-click sapphire bezel aligns dead on with zero play. Decompression tables on the dial are printed sharply under the 4mm sapphire.
The colorful decompression stops printed across the matte black dial give this 44mm Black DLC Core Diver a true 1960s saturation-diver vibe. At 15.6mm thick with a 4.0mm AR sapphire crystal and helium escape valve at nine, it has serious wrist presence on my wrist without overhanging. The 120-click C3 lumed sapphire bezel locks in tightly, and the Sellita SW200-1 has been running +1 second per day over two weeks.
