Wanted a turquoise dial with Eastern Arabic numerals without spending four figures, and this 42mm 1647 delivered. The dial color is an even robin's-egg blue with crisp applied markers, framed by a brightly polished 316L fluted bezel. Inside, the Seiko NH35 automatic is running +5 seconds per day on my wrist with solid power reserve.
Practical specs for daily wear: 42mm 316L steel case, 100m water resistance, anti-reflective sapphire crystal, and a hacking Seiko NH35 movement. The Eastern Arabic numerals are cleanly applied and easy to read at a glance.

I was a little hesitant ordering a Tiffany blue watch online without seeing the color in person, worried it might look plasticky. Instead, the dial lacquer is crisp, the 316L bracelet has solid weight, and the sapphire crystal is clear.
