Got the Silver Green Aventurine for my dad's 60th birthday dinner. He's retired now and wanted a dressier 40mm watch that didn't need winding. The dark green sparkle in the dial blew him away when he opened the box.
Bought this for my husband for our fifth anniversary since green is his favorite color. He is picky about bracelets pulling hair, but he loves how this jubilee feels. The clasp was a little stiff out of the box before working it a few times.
Picked this up for vendor meetings and dinners. Even on my wrist the 40mm case looks proportional, slides under a dress shirt cuff without a snag, and the green aventurine dial adds a nice pop of color.
The 40mm stainless steel case and five-link jubilee bracelet have clean machining and zero sharp edges on my wrist. Silver hands stand out well against the dark green aventurine dial, and the Japanese quartz movement has been spot on.
Wasn't sure what kind of build quality to expect under two hundred dollars, but the solid stainless links and deep green aventurine dial surprised me. The crystal bezel is clean too. The watch has some real heft to it that took a couple days to get used to.
