Wore this swimming and boating up on Lake St. Clair all weekend. The 100m water resistance, screw-down crown feel, and solid 316L steel bracelet handled the water without a hiccup. Main hands are super legible, though the date window is a little small without my reading glasses.

The horizontal teak engraving catches sunlight under the AR sapphire crystal, and the unidirectional sapphire bezel insert has crisp detents with zero backplay. My Seiko NH35A is keeping +3 seconds per day on a 7-inch wrist. Only minor critique is that the date window is a little small without my reading glasses.

The emerald green teak dial adds a nice pop of color against my charcoal and navy suits at the district office. Even at 43mm, the case sits flat on my wrist and clears my dress shirt cuffs.
