solid beach and boat watch
Most two-tone watches feel too delicate for the water, but this 1713 has real 100m water resistance and a tough sapphire bezel. Wore it swimming in Newport and rinsing off the steel bracelet was effortless.

Clean PVD finish and good accuracy
Checked the PVD coating under a loupe and the rose gold brushing on the center links is clean with no bleed. The VD53 quartz movement tracks accurately and the sapphire bezel aligns at twelve. Put it on a spare leather strap at first, which was stiff for 3-4 days.
