Yes for swimming. It is rated to 100m (10 ATM), which covers rain, hand-washing and pool or sea swimming. It is not intended for scuba diving, and avoid hot showers and saunas.

Took this out kayaking around Tybee Island last weekend. The 100m rating, screw-down crown, and bright geometric lume markers performed great on the water. The unidirectional bezel action was a little stiff out of the box before working it around a few times.
Bought this for my husband's 50th birthday. He is picky about dive watches and immediately noticed the sapphire bezel and solid steel bracelet. He hasn't put his other watches on since.

Between shifts at the firehouse and weekend drives up the canyons outside Salt Lake, I wanted a tough mechanical watch with high-contrast markers. The geometric indices against the black dial are super clear. The outer presentation box was fairly basic, though the watch is where the money went.
Obsidian black dial and sapphire bezel look super clean. Fits my wrist comfortably.

Great sapphire bezel and lume. Clasp lacks half-links so it runs slightly snug in summer.
