Even though most of my box is mechanical, the Seiko VK64 mecaquartz in this HFT20 earns its spot. Because there is no running seconds hand, you don't see a quartz tick at all, and engaging the chronograph gives you a smooth 5Hz sweep with an instant mechanical heart-cam reset. The 42mm brushed steel case, flat AR-coated sapphire, and C3 Super-LumiNova are executed to the same standard as Hemel's ST19 models.
