Even on my 8-inch wrist, the 40mm Field Crawler has enough lug presence to look right at home with a button-down shirt. The 12.6mm thickness slides easily under a cuff when I head from the shop floor into client meetings.

built for the water
Most field watches can't go near the ocean, but with 400m water resistance and the Kevlar strap, I wore this sailing off Cape May all weekend. The screw-down crown locks tight and the lume is super clear in the cabin.

Real Deal Field Watch
I wasn't sure if a $999 field watch from an online microbrand would justify the price, but the 400m water resistance, crisp case brushing, and Swiss Sellita movement won me over right out of the box.

solid 400m field spec
No fluff here: 40mm 316L stainless steel case, 12.6mm thickness, 40 ATM water resistance, anti-reflective sapphire, and a Sellita SW200-1 keeping +3 seconds a day. High-contrast numerals make reading the time instant.

Clean military field aesthetic
Reminds me of the classic GI field watches I wore in the Navy, upgraded with a Swiss Sellita SW200-1 and a deep blue dial. Sits flat on my wrist. Only note is the crown threads are tight at first and take a firm push to catch.

Husband Loves It
Bought the Field Crawler Blue for my husband's birthday because he wanted a 40mm watch that wasn't as thick as his dive watches. He is super particular about fit, and this one hasn't left his wrist since June.

Great on Any Strap
Both the leather and Kevlar straps included in the box look sharp with the blue dial on my 7.25-inch wrist, and I also tried it on a tan NATO. When I put it on my steel bracelet, resizing took 15-20 minutes with stubborn pins.

Clean 40mm by 12.6mm proportions
Measured the 316L case at 40mm wide and 12.6mm thick. Getting a 400m depth rating into a case this slim is impressive. Crown threads engage cleanly, the AR sapphire crystal is clear, and the Sellita SW200-1 is running +2 seconds a day.

40mm Field Crawler Blue SW200-1
At 12.6mm thin, this 40mm Field Crawler slides right under my dress shirt cuffs for supplier meetings. The blue dial looks sharp with khaki or grey suits. The outer presentation box was fairly basic, though the watch is where the money went.

CSRéponse de ChronoSeasons
Hi Ralph, glad the 12.6mm profile is working so well for office wear! We definitely put the budget into the 400m case and Swiss Sellita movement.
