Most of my watches are busy aviation chronographs, so I wanted a clean black-dial automatic on rubber for humid days. The Miyota movement keeps good time, though the rotor has a slight audible whir in a dead-quiet room.

Bought this for my nephew's college graduation. He loves the silver case and black rubber strap look. Adjusting the clasp pins took 15-20 minutes with stubborn pins, though it fits him great now.

Wanted an automatic with 10 bar water resistance and a rubber strap for lake weekends in Minnesota. The obsidian black dial is super legible, the sapphire crystal is tough, and the master lock clasp stays put on my wrist.
Took this out on the boat in Fort Worth all Saturday. The 10 ATM rating and black rubber strap handled the water and sweat easily. Only minor thing is the date window is a little small without my reading glasses.
Ordered this sight unseen for wearing between hospital shifts in Salt Lake. The polished 316L steel case, brushed relief bezel, AR sapphire crystal, and master lock rubber strap feel far more substantial than I expected at this price.
I usually wear vintage chronographs on steel, so this 40mm silver case on the black fitted rubber strap is a great lightweight change of pace. Shipping carrier delayed the box by two days, though the watch itself is great.
