Where we ship

ChronoSeasons (Arcada LLC) ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the European Union (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Portugal, Poland, Luxembourg), Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, the Gulf states (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain), Israel, Kazakhstan and selected countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Because each watch ships directly from its brand, availability can differ by brand. If a brand cannot deliver to your address, the checkout will tell you before you pay. Paul Rich watches are currently available for delivery to the US, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Poland, Romania, Asia-Pacific, the Gulf and Latin America, but not to most EU countries.

How your order ships

ChronoSeasons curates watches from selected partner brands, and every piece ships directly from the brand's own fulfilment centre in the United States (Bersigar ships from Dubai). Shipping options, prices and delivery speed are set per brand and are always shown at checkout before you pay; the checkout price is the one that applies. If your order contains watches from more than one brand, each brand ships separately with its own tracking number.

Domestic shipping (United States)

Most brands offer free standard shipping within the US. Faster paid options (Express, Next-day, FedEx, DHL) are shown at checkout where the brand provides them. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and most arrive within 3–7 business days.

International shipping

International orders are sent by tracked, insured courier (DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, UPS or USPS Priority International, depending on the brand). Typical transit times after dispatch:

International shipping is free or charged per brand as shown at checkout (for example, Bernhardt charges USD 50 for insured international shipping; Ocean Crawler, Bristol Aviator, ZINVO and Paul Rich standard international shipping is free). These are estimates, not guarantees — customs inspections, carrier delays and remote addresses can extend them.

Duties, taxes and import fees

Prices shown in your local currency do not include import duties, VAT/GST or customs fees unless the checkout explicitly states "duties and taxes included" (DDP). For most destinations the order ships DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): the carrier will collect any applicable duties and taxes from you before delivery. Rates vary by country and can be substantial (for example around 20% VAT plus duty in the EU and UK, 10% GST in Australia, 10% consumption tax in Japan). If you refuse a parcel because of duties, the refund will be reduced by the outbound and return shipping costs and any fees charged to us.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date at info@arcadallc.com and we will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.

Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or parcel lockers for international orders. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned undelivered, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping may apply).
